Gesher

The Gesher committee is made up of members of the UHC, Orthodox, and Israeli Communities.  The project consists of a series of educational and cultural programs relevant to Jewish or Israeli themes. Speakers include leaders from many diverse fields and come from a broad ideological spectrum - past speakers included professors and educators, ministers, rabbis, and authors. Discussions include provocative topics which focus on issues Jewish communities face today.

Gesher Singapore aims to foster interaction and understanding among the diverse segments of Singapore's Jewish community. It provides a forum for Jews of different backgrounds and affiliations to share their experiences, values and perspectives.

Book Club

Reading and discussing significant Jewish books, both fiction and non-fiction. These sessions are held at a specific community members’ home. At times there may be a movie viewing followed by discussion.

Life Cycle Events

Periodic social events are organized by community members.  These can be held around for example the Holidays, giving community members a chance to get together informally.
